Keywords can be added on the Job Details page. The keywords you add should ideally be the words candidates would search for when looking for a job like the one you are posting. This becomes especially important since you cannot include all possible options in the job title.

For example, if you are hiring for a marketing head vacancy, your job title may be "Marketing Head" but candidates relevant for this role may also be searching with words like: CMO, Chief Marketing Office, Head of Marketing, Growth Hacker, etc.

Hence, it is useful to add these possible variations as keywords which will be displayed on the job description page and hence would would be visible to search engines as well.
