Yes, you certainly can. Please head over to Application Form section and then scroll down to the bottom. You'll find a section named: "Your own questions". 

Click the button under it called "Add a question".

Clicking the button will show you a screen as follows:

You can ask all kinds of question - open ended questions and multiple choice questions which allow single answer and multiple answers.

If you would like to ask a multiple choice question, select "Multiple Choices" from the Question Type drop-down menu. Then you can select if you'd like to allow a single answer or multiple answers. You may add as many choices as you like.

You can of-course decide if you want to make the question mandatory or optional.

After you're done, save the question and it becomes a part of the application form for that job.
